I used to actively trade leveraged derivatives. It is important to digest a lot of news and make decisions quickly in real time. Having more screens makes that easier.

The wife wants a pool I am not so sure. I like having the backyard for ball throwing my dog loves it. He sleeps on the couch or a bed. He has his own private fenced flat backyard and gets balls thrown all day. This house is great for him. I am really happy for him to spend his senior years with a big fenced flat backyard setup. At the old house the ball would go in the water and it was a hill.
