That is a pathetically weak deadlift for someone weighing well over 200 lbs, I would be embarrassed to post such a thing.


Pretty sure you were in a belt I wasnt and I never even engaged the straps

Yeah I could pull more if I spent a few weeks concentrating on dead as well. I pulled 405 today without a warm-up and having not done a deadlift in 6 months plus.

Doesnt matter my hand grip did not give out at no time was their pressure on the strap and my wrist

Stick with the program and you'll do the 405 without straps, in the same manner as the 330.  Don't worry about 'tard type lifts.

I have no issue with knee sleeves.  They are helpful for keeping the joints warms.

Straps on DLs are for fags though

I quit wearing straps when I was repping 495 with straps and without straps I couldn't lift it once. Very eye opening to me how much straps actually help.
