Squats worked up to 236x3 (I got some "microplates" nh), form as a little dodgy but "got the weight up" bhanks/Big Matt Canning-style.  Then sets of 225x2 "focusing on form" (nh).  My year-end goal was 225x8 which I think is in reach still.

Front-squats 3 sets
Knee extensions 3 sets
Lunges 3 sets
Pistol squat (nh) just one set
Standing calf raises 4 sets

Farmers walk/Seated behind neck barbell press/EZ bar palms down curl - alternate sets for 30 minutes
Leg extension/Leg curls - 3 sets each
then...
Farmers walk/Incline barbell press/Wide lat pulldowns/Crossbody db hammer curl - alternate sets for 30 minutes
1 leg calf raise and Seated calf raise - 1 set to failure each

Much more. Not a fan of normal skulls at all and won’t even bother doing them. My tris blow up completely from elbow to shoulder inside and out. Honestly with regular skulls I feel almost nothing.

Also the way they do it in the video will do fuck all for you. Hands should be very narrow with elbows tucked in as close as possible and feet back much further and if using the bar drop it down 3 pins so you are actually using body weight. That was the worst form video I’ve seen. That’s how you would do it if your a geriatric woman.
