I ditched my strap after one day, just kept the arm as in a strap. And it didn't come loose. I don't know if the therapists here agree but maybe using a TENS unit might be beneficial? I would also ue a good dose of glucosamine and chondroitin. Plus collagen peptides and cissus quadrangularis.

When I did my biceps the doc said at 12 weeks post you should be back 100% to your old weights.

A buddy of mine, claims he was back 100% after 6 weeks, according to the surgeon. Complete bicep rupture. He started rehabbing immediately with dumbell on scott curl bench every day. He said the surgeon used a "button" technique.

Specifically with short rope & long Drop .

Cable lateral 2x13
Plate load machine lateral 2x12
Hammer flat press (not the upright one this one flat like a regular bench press) 1x9, 1x13
Barbell curl 1x5, 1x10
Incline db extension 1x10,5,4
Machine rear delts 2x16 2x drop set and partials on last set


Starting to look like old self again since getting the bastard diabeetus under control

I got up 515 easy today.   Going for pr at 560 next week at 188 lbs    Goal was 600 but missed the mark.  But working towards it.   

I love the journey more than anything.   Every day training hard is a blessing.
