Also just fyi as far as New York and the New York Bar I am applying to two a well-known Law School in New York. If accepted I would have to attend class's part time in New York with students preparing for the New York bar. I plan to practice in Federal Courts any state bar will do.

They even have a summer in London Externship program. I can go to NY and the UK in Law School and get the Federal government to pay for my tickets and housing.

When I was in grade school my mom left Virginia every Sunday flew to NYC worked at a brokerage house on Wall Street and flew back every Thursday. She did that for 2-3 years before we moved to Brooklyn as a family. The program is flexible I would only have to be in NY a few weeks a semester. However, I applied to other schools it is going to come down to where I get in if anywhere and what it cost. I don't know what Law Schools may offer me merit scholarships and I don't know how much the federal government may loan me. I am not going to pay 50k a year out of pocket at my age. Ideally, I go somewhere cheap and local but I may not get into a cheap local commutable school. I studied hard for the LSAT I want to go to Law School, so I am applying to some non-local schools with flexible programs as well. They even offer a summer externship in the UK London for 4 credits I thought would be fun to do. If the feds will loan me money to go to London and study for a couple weeks in the summer why not? I can go when my ex has my son.
