Nice session nice gym friendly people. one of the lads form the other gym was in boxing and recognised me so that was pleasant. my cardio will now be 30 minutes cardio 30 minutes boxing drills- nothing gets you fit like boxing in my opinion

Gonna` have to alter my workouts now that I have this fucking port in my chest..........did my first Chemotherapy session today.

Fuck it,can`t work chest but my Pecs are still full..........gonna` amp things up starting this week.....one caveat,they told me that on the second day after Chemo I will feel listless and tired as it weakens your immune system among other things.

BUT YEAHFuck it,still gonna` push as hard as I can....I`m worth it, to quote Hanky!
