4:30 - 5:15 - Circuit

Sled Wheelbarrow  - 30 yards
KB Swing w 88lb - 15 reps
Banded Rear Delt Raise - 20 reps
DB Shrugs w 70's x 10 superset calf raise
Banded twists x 20

6 - 7:30

Getbiggers have reasons to use various odd and even numbers in their workouts.

The Weider Research Clinic would be very interested in exploring this.

Flat barbell press - 135 x 10, 225 x 10, 275 x 5, 315 x 4, end set - superset - 315 x 3 - 225 x 10 - 135 x 15
DB squats - 130s x 12 reps   - 7 sets 

4:30 - 5:15 Circuit - 6 rounds

Heavy Sled Push - 40 yards
Incline Barbell press - 225 x 6   -   last set of circuit 225 x 10 and 135 x 10
DB RDL w 75s x 10
Lying Leg Curl - x 12
Seated Leg Extension x 12
Banded Cable cross over x 12

6 - 7:30 -

Bro, I did this last week after no leg work for half a year, and felt like it was my first time lifting.  Stay the course.

Today:

Light sled pull push for 4 minutes

3 x 5 goblet squat with monster 88lb KB on slant board.  Full pause and sit at bottom

2 x 8 back squat with epic 95lbs

5 x 12-13 leg extensions with brutal 55 lbs

Baby weights, but need to see how the foot reacts tomorrow after being under more than bodyweight, and haven't worked legs correctly for 6 months

I promise you,I will NOT be doing anything close to that !!!  LOL   ;D

I was thinking a couple sets of 20 freehand squats,some weightless lunges......one leg at a time,some RDLs....very light, and some calf raises on a flat floor.

All of this will become progressive over time......I have never looked this bad in my life but I do feel fucking great !!
