Back to training in garage full time now I wish I’d never joined a gym

Pause Squat 3x5,5,10
Paused bench 3x5,5,11
Barbell row 3x5,5,12
Lateral raise 2x15,20
Lying ez tri ext 2x15,20
Barbell curl 2x8,10

Weights still light hence the reps on last set

Was expecting legs to shrink since I can only squat and stiff leg deadlift now but the actuslly look thicker than when was doing leg press, ext, adductor machines ect just shows don’t really need all that shite I knew this but somehow forgot in recent years

Did a robcguns workout today. Picked 5 exercises for bis and tris did 6 sets of each. Down to 250 even from a high of 265, 25 lbs to go. Dream is to look half as good as henda

bloor sugar has been stone cold perfect for a while now. Ive been pretty active with gym, walking and golf and eat well 90% of the time

Dude,it`s gonna` be a long hard fought road back........Cancer shrunk me down bigtime......not that I was ever big,but it wasted me.

I`m up for the challenge though and will work my fucking ass off.........diet is a big concern as my body no longer digests fats well due to removal of my Gall Bladder and Bile Duct, so I have to take Pancreaitc Enzymes to help me,plus I`m, now a diabetic so I have a lot of research to do as far as eating correctly for my condition(s) goes.

But fuck it,nobody said it was gonna` be easy.   ;)

I`m sore as Hell !!!!!!!!!!!1111111111   :(

4 sets incline smith machine press
4 sets machine bench
6 sets tricep rope ext
3 sets single arm preacher machine

still around 100k but body comp changing every week, muscxles just filling out again

300mgs test enanthate a week
20mgs anavar a day
20mgs proviron a day

Legs look excellent (no h0mo)

And very close to my sequence too - reps and set vary because I'm a lazy b@stard but:

Front squats (love them)
Occasional stiff leg deads with dumbells - but not very often
Seated row with long stretch - or dumbell rows depending how I feel
Decline bench (with a form that I seem to recall I read in Ironman from Gironda)
Dumbell shoulder press if I feel OK, laterals if not
Random arm work to make myself feel good  :D

Glad to hear you trsining similar I just went back to this style but never will stop again I just alternate 2 workouts first is above second is weighted chin, press behind neck, stiff leg deadlift, shrug, front raise and wide grip barbell row.

Yes mate I stayed off maybe 8 months after my heart attack current use 250mg test every fortnight supposed to be every week but memory and laziness ends up being 2 sometimes 3 but start feeling like utter shit by 3rd week
