Strict cheat reverse curl - let's see you Ducking Liar's Try it

I'm training now for the inaugural Illuminati classic
to be held in kitty Hawk.

This is a fiercely competitive lifting meet   
With very strict rules

All lifts must be done while standing on one leg ( 2 if they're as skinny as bhanky's )
While blowing a trumpet & playing the symbols.
Farting & shitting yourself are not allowed while curling - you will be disqualified.

Bonus points are given for having an extra large Head & Gut
Also for having a balanced development as this lift favours those with
atrophied or lacking upper body development.

Shaking , trembling & face gurning are welcome prior & during lifting

Training today's training 

1 x 12 reps 10lbs
superset with 3 Farts

1x 10 reps 20lbs
closely followed by shitting

1x 8reps 30lbs
Superset with more farting & a bleeding arse

1x 6reps 40lbs
followed by 5 minutes of shitting , farting & bleeding

At this point decided that was enough for today.
