of course I'm heavier, you're a half of a man
Give me a legitimate health reason or other reason to be heavier.
Most of the studies would suggest that something like 20 minutes of daily cardiovascular exercise is optimal for health.
Exercise takes a U-shaped curve. Meaning: more exercise is better to point, then it levels off...then any exercise beyond that actually makes you less healthy.
There is also a trade-off for excess body weight, in that you lose speed.
I think one of the healthiest combinations we can be for general wellness is to be light and strong.
That being said, I take no issue in acknowledging when someone is stronger than me.
As long as I'm bench pressing in the 300-500 range and deadlifting around 500, I'm pleased with that. Keep in mind a 225-lb bench press puts you in the top 1-3% of people who go to the gym.
I don't think there is a practical reason to be stronger than 99.99% of men [as you may be - Top 5 of 50,000 men, in a city of 100,000 people] versus me being stronger than at least 99.5% of men [as I am - Top 250 of 50,000 men, in city of 100,000 people - and I'm at least Top 250, possibly Top 50 in my city right now].
Just my opinion.
But let's be honest, residue:
You're mad because I'm a White man who spews antisemitic, racist rhetoric.
Why not just admit you are sour because I spew such rhetoric?
You're just mad because I spew anti-Jew rhetoric...aren't you?
