That is insane.

The after pic looks like he has never lifted before…..it’s shocking what a little bit of (trt amount or slightly more) testosterone will do.

Temporary hemodialysis access needs central venous access, mostly through the interior jugular vein (neck) or subclavian vein (collarbone).  That just looks like a bog standard peripheral IV

He looks better in the second shot. He looks healthy and in shape. The first he looks unhealthy with the temporary drug muscle look. Makes me wonder if he could run a half mile without collapsing when he juicing that heavy. Probably wobbled walked breathing like race horse everywhere he went.

TRT won't do shit, except some small changes over a course of few months/years. And neither will 500mg. We're talking 5 grams for the big guy.

How do you even lose that much muscle. You could maintain what he had on 300-400mg test and few units of growth. Maybe sprinkle some primo in there. You could do that for decades and have decent bloods. VS blast high doses and burn out quick which looks like is the route he took. I don't see any other reason he would go off. Something must have snapped.
