Genetics excluded, imo, you take someone in their 50’s, 60’s or even 70’s that’s been training for 30+ years that have ran cycles of gear in low to moderate doses for that same length of time and they’ll look and feel a hell of a lot better than the average person of the same age

It wasn’t year long but it was a like 2-3 months. During the off season after I won the Cal I needed to put on more size for the Nationals and first pro show the following year. Went up, at my heaviest, 253. Eating 7-8x day screwed up my digestive system. Even now I have to watch it

Done done… blood work is good, blood pressure is good body fat, fairly low, haven’t had any incidents or even close to it since the TIA I believe almost 5 years ago. I don’t wanna screw it up.
