I’m not sure. I was pretty sure he threatened me in my driveway once before and he had a gun. I called his parents and told them I was reporting the incident to the police. The parents swore there had never been a gun in their house ever.

In the paperwork I have about the second break in, it refers to an “Airsoft pistol” so maybe that is a paintball gun? Either way, he was an armed intruder and a threat to whomever was home.

He is a very creepy fellow, I found him sitting in my car in my driveway once and sleeping on my patio a few times.

It's a BB (ball bearing/plastic pellets) gun. It can sting if it hits you, but the worst it can do is maybe take an eye out if it hits you there directly.

Put a ring camera or 2 up and catching him doing his nonsense and then take it to lawyer. He might even just stop completely if he sees the cams up
