Was reading an article about a passenger last year. He said they made it clear it was very risky. Had to sign at least 3 waivers saying this could result in death. He said when he kissed his wife goodbye he knew it might be his last time seeing her. So I think they knew it was extremely risky but rationalized the risk which is human nature as "It won't happen to me". But it did.

Amazing he didn't want to hire white Navy veterans with submarine experience to be the captain of his submarine. He wanted a diversity hire so he could be inspired. He also threw in the sub was controlled by a video game controller that costs $30 bucks. What could go wrong? I'm sure the liberal is furiously spinning the reason for the failure.
