I would suggest mountain climbing. It is a good exercise to burn in more detail.

I am just under 300 now... 297 today, I have never been tested BF offseason, but I would say 6 to 7%, just more water than fat...

Lee Priest posted here all winter, and he won the Ironman. Then he got a little mad at us and took some time off, and didn't do so well at the ASC or the Aussie.

King Kamali posted here in his prime- but then he left, and he hasn't placed top 4 since.

Titus posted here when he was all over mag covers, then he got mad and left and, well... he may get ripped this year, but not in the good way.

So GetBig can be the blessing that puts you over the edge to a win. But if you leave, you'll be cursed like many before you. Cheers!
