Meal 1 15 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 slices of dry toast, 1 cup of oats with raisins & black coffe.

Until a Mr. O posts here Jay is the most well established pro here with a few asc's and a handful of 2nd at the O. and i hope he stays but he must remember i am a Cormier fan and we know what that can lead to and hopefully jaejonna will back me up. Either way nice to have you here Jay.

The only thing wrong with Muscletech is the price. Their huge advertising budget means expensive products. Otherwise, they have some quality products that are well researched. If I was Jay and could get their shit for free, I’d take everything they make.

When Muscletech creates its products its stored in a 55Gal drum then form there it is then extracted into the 2,5 jugs you buy @ the store... well my point is that the top of the 55Gal drum might be @ full potency and the bottom of that same drum will be @ 50% or less potency... muscletech does not check every unit that is packaged for full 100% potency that they put on there label.

Therefore its a crap shoot w/ them and there products.

Other company's do check for 100% quality in every unit that is packaged to sell..

You guys do know that when tested, 9 out of 10 products will not meet the product label claims, right? I've read a lot of the reports, it's hilarious. Side by side- the claims made, and the scientific tests done. Sometimes the supp companies are close or actually goes over. But now and then you see a product containing 7 g. when it claims 30, it's just laughable!

A old friend that owns a supplement shack has told me this + other claims I have heard and read through the years..

Either way, 240 in a way is right unless the compay is regulated by the FDA or used to be..

APEX is one that I believe used to be regulated by the FDA and all there products are/were tested for 100% quality
