Really disappointed after being with a liberal Jew who worships black cock. Must be very sad for them.

Supreme Court is kicking ass daily. Trump is killing it from beyond the presidential throne. Dems going crazy wanting more free shit. You went to college pay your fucking debt.

The HEROS Act of 2003 was passed by Congress and signed by President Bush allowed federal student loans to be modified or waived in the event of a national emergency.

COV-19 was a national emergency and people who lost their jobs accured a ton of debt from interest and penalties

Biden forgiving up to 20k in student debt would not have helped a lot of people but it would have at least covered the interest and penalties accured putting them right back where they were before the pandemic....and he had the right to do so under law.

Because the Supreme Court struck it down, it means that the amount of interest and penalties accured during COV-19 will stand increasing overall student debt by at least 30 billion dollars at the very least.  It was struck down under a "major issues clause" which basically is a load of crap.

Its not going to be good come election time.  GOP pretty much has pissed off a lot of people, thats why mid-terms were horrible when normally it should have been well.  A lot of conservative voters have student loans and that extra money they now have to pay will lead them to either vote Dem or just not vote at all.

Bush only signed it.   Congress did and it was a GOP majority at the time.   Government has collected close to a TRILLION dollars just in interest.   The amount of interest paid every year on all federal student loans is abour 22 billion dollars annually and that doesn't count penalities or the actual loans

Don’t take the loan if you can’t pay the debt. Simple what’s right is right and what’s wrong is wrong but the dem libs think free stuff for everyone especially blacks. Yeah let’s keep rewarding their No reaponsibility behavior as it seems to be working out Great so far.

The vast majority of student loans are white people.   We just hold a higher percentage obviously due to disparity in wages but overall debt.   The forgiveness would mostly go to white people.

Again, there is no money being given out, student loan forgiveness is taking off a portion of the debt owed.  People would have their loans paid but because Congress raises the interest rate every year, its literally impossible to pay it off unless its a lump sum which most people don't have.   There are people who took out a 30k loan, has paid over 50k, and still owes 25k....that's how fucked up student loans are

Your mentality about not taking on a loan you can't pay is stupid.   We wouldn't have doctors, dentists, nurses, attorneys, engineers, etc.

They said the majority of the debt forgiveness was going to be given to black women though. Which they also said was why Biden wanted it so bad. Was hoping for the black woman vote next go round.

Another failed Government Intervention which “seemed” like a good idea.

The net effect has been sky high tuition, phony demand for majors that have no market value, and a huge debt burden on people whose degrees didn’t even get jobs relating to their major.

One would think an entrepreneur of your “Caliber” would have a better understanding of economics and know that you increase “access” by making things cheap. Government interventions do the opposite:

Ron Paul: End U.S. student loans - POLITICO

https://www.politico.com/story/2011/10/ron-paul-end-us-student-loans-066645

“Just think of all this willingness to want to help every student get a college education,” said Paul, who graduated from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania before earning a medical degree at the Duke University School of Medicine. “I went to school when we had none of those. I could work my way through college and medical school because it wasn’t so expensive.”

Education became just another business and they encouraged customers to load up promising riches.

Pretty much wrecking young people before they even have any means to pay it all back.

Enter the real world and everyone else has a degree so for 98% it was pointless, same pay as non-degree but they are saddled with huge debt.

It needs some sort of solution. 0% interest? Partial govt payoff?

To be happy about not giving kids a helping hand sounds like Boomer thinking.

There is a difference between proposal and reality and Ron Paul isn't President.  These federal student loans are around because the government gets a huge return on what they borrow with interest.

Colleges count on getting those loans and jack up the price of school and Congress continues to jack up the interest every year to keep the loans outstanding.   Everyone knows it and at Biden tried to do something about it under the HEROS act.

Once people have to go back to paying on their loans, they will have a shitload of interest and will have to pay even more.   They paused it due to COV-19 job losses but not the fees.

A helping hand at what? A state or private degree?

Community colleges are a legitimate option that you can knock out a 2year program for a fraction of the price. Why are people not promoting that?

Military service would also make a degree free or very close to it; why is that not seen as an option?

There are numerous “helping hands” available, they real question is why do we continue to promote the business side of education?

The HEROS Act was for VETERANS only. Not to be hijacked and used for any schmo who took out a college loan. If you feel so bad for them, use YOUR money to help pay their loans. But you won't. Instead you will just complain and talk about how Unfair life is. Funny how people like you expect everyone else to pay for other peoples useless shit. And anyone who knows anything about how the government works, The President does not have the power of the purse. That is Congress's responsibility. Sad that the 3 Liberal justices don't know how to interpret law according to the Constitution and act as Activists. This is a BIG win for the Taxpayer.

Don't forget the hundreds of billions lost in productivity from EOE lawsuits, coddling and retaining people you would otherwise fire for years and working around and mopping up for people who are not actually qualified to do their jobs.
