I never heard of this guy but all the bodybuilding channels I see today are mentioning him including our own Vince Goodrum.

The last guy who was in such peeled condition year round was a guy by the name of Andreas Munzer. At his autopsy they found half his liver was shredded. I remember the highly scientific term used: "a Styrofoam-like substance".
