I do remember he was doing a photo shot with seated dumbbell presses with massive dumbbells for the shot. Putting them down he couldn't control them and it ripped one arm. The other arm I have no clue.

Jaw cutler admitted to jimmying up his arms on his cutler cast podcast with Milos a few weeks back, his inside arms are ripped but outside look 20% bodyfat. And as you can see, more muscle can hide bodybuilders flaws/structure, look at mick valker, dude looked horrible small, still looks horrible 4x bigger, but less horrible

that's true man...    hate to admit it but even I'm " high maintenance " ... I don't want to go to my girlfriend's events (birthdays/ anniversary's/ weddings / it seems like every weekend there was something else for us to go to! ..., fuck man I just to train! I come home from work she wants to chill / watch a movie ....  I got to food prep ... do other shit ....  then on my free time ... just want to train / grocery shop etc etc ....

In his defense it was a rushed prep.

He should have given his legs and back another years worth of dedicated and prioritised work before he considered stepping on the stage again

His arms, delts and chest were still world class and took care of themselves, not needing that much work

He actually said he was dead last at The O because he didn't have enough time to get ready, so he took more than a year off  just to focus and get ready with no excuses ..... then he switched the Olympian to do an European Arnold and after a year and half prepping full time ... He got on stage looking even worse than his Battle of the Ages where he placed last.

On that point, knowing what bodybuilders does 24/7, I dont understand how any bodybuilder can have a lastning marriage with children. The women puttning up with that.. Saint is not the right word they must  be just brainwashed.
It would be one thing if it made money but for 99% bodybuilding is just a financial drain.
