I am looking for 5 men...

These ads keep popping up on my feed over and over.  Is it THAT hard to find new clients?  Just a few months ago the recruiting line was "...I only have one or two training slots left so you better contact me now before they are gone."

Simple sales technique....create a sense of urgency so people will jump all over it.
