I laugh to myself seeing these people in the gym. Just today i saw a girl setting up her tripod about 20ft away to film her training. Most likely to complain when someone walks in her shot, like we are supposed to go to the gym and watch out for phones recording!
So many think they are physique/fitness influencers these days yet sit on their phones for 5 mins between sets watching themselves back, just workout ffs.

I feel sad for young people watching youtube, Instagram and tik tok type videos. All the ones that have great content and are making a boat load of money gives people the idea they can do it too and they fail big time.

I remember early youtubes of Ryan Humistan. He filmed in commercial gyms. Now he is making so much money from his videos he built what looks like a commercial sized gym for himself on his property with commercial grade equipment.

  I also follow a couple of musicians on youtube. They all start out humble with no followers but if they are really good they blow up and then make their living at it. Check out Rob Landes and Billy Wilkins.

 A couple of really cute girls are making silly videos like the one that labels her work the Scott Family. She did it in a rented apartment it looked like. Then it blew up and her and her husband live in a fantastic house with new expensive cars with exotic vacations. All these young women watching her videos think I'll just shake my ass to music and I will be rich but it doesn't work for them.

At the gym, I'm that guy who leaves his phone in the locker room. Sometimes I dont even take it w/ me.

You should see the reactions when I tell people I don't carry my phone wherever I go, absolutely priceless.

I seriously miss the times when phones were just phones, not personnal toy-computers.
