One thing worthy of note is that if she is dependent on opiates/opioids, and given Narcan for a cocaine overdose, that's only going to throw her into precipitated withdrawal, and accelerate her heart rate even further.

How does an opioid antagonist reverse the effects of septic shock?

Narcan [naloxone] has a higher binding affinity at the µ-opioid receptor than almost any other opiate/opioid. That is why it reverses the effects of other opioids, because it competitively displaces them - essentially rips them off the receptors, and reverses/erases their effects temporarily. So if someone is in respiratory depression from an opioid overdose [Chris Farley], Narcan can get them out of it. More cocaine would have also likely saved Farley's life [temporarily]. But it also throws opioid dependent people [physically addicted opioid users] into precipitated withdrawal.

As far as I am aware, it doesn't do much of anything to people who are not actively on opioids.
