Straps are for weak grip and forearm/hand strength not back if you back can't pull it straps won't help. I have a strong grip with plenty of forearm and hand strength

I stopped watching after 1.5 seconds, but I assume it's some trans-pushing nonsense.

They want to get strong men to watch junk like that.

Are they show muscles?  Can one guy competing in the Olympia clean an jerk 225lbs? Can one guy competing in the Olympia run a sub 6 minute mile? Can one guy competing in the Olympia fight in a boxing match against very low level opponents?  They are using a sick amount of drugs but they are an embarrassment to athletes.

Are you kidding me?  Can an Olympic lifter lift as heavy as a pro bodybuilder? Hell, yes. Much more. The parameters I mentioned are very low level measures of an athlete. Outside of Ronnie or Yates the vast majority of current pro bodybuilders are a joke of a parody of being athlete.  In the past anyone competing in the AAU Mr. America had to compete in Olympic lifting to get athletic points. They should get back to that.
