There's been a lot of ridiculous lies told by bodybuilders over the years. The first one that comes to mind is Vic Richards claiming he was eating "30,000 calories" a day of "greasy nigerian food". Jesus fucking christ he would have to be sitting on a toilet all day long constantly blowing grease out of his ass as he was eating for that to even be a remote possibility.

nah , he claimed clean, about 2lbs of uncooked weight of rice a day

I added up what he claimed to eat and it only came to 16k, a lot if true but not 30k

Yes. I remember the 30,000 number discussed in both Zulak's column in MMI, and in MM2k. The number would float around, I remember 30,000, 24,000, some in the mid teens, etc..... It became a joke for a while - "What's Richards' going to claim this month?".

I'm very glad someone else remembers that 30,000 number. Vic Richard's asshole must be even more blown out than hanky's.

I thought of another one: Gregg Valentino claiming he never used synthol.
