You can have a fast metabolism due to a defect like an over active thyroid but thats an illness

I've read that it is true that exercise in the morning "revs up the metabolism" (oh brother) for the rest of the day, but he would have to actually do cardio to see that benefit.

What about tweaked right bicep during event?  Is tweaked the same as torn?

Not torn just strained but taking time off now anyway. I tweaked it the week prior hitting 165 so was glad I still made the lift at the meet. I will go over 170 next time and they actually ask for both they use KG calibrated plates. I’m my first attempt was 73 kilo or 160.8 sending attempt was 75 kilo which is an even 165 but I gave them my opener in lbs at 160 and they rounded up to 73 kilo or 160.8 they list records in pounds but are fractional as they use kilo plates. I purchased lb calibrated plates for the house
