If he could prove it he would have won in court. I am no fan of the Weiders but Robby is a winging loser.
My point is sure politics were bad back in the day & Robby was passed over but he could have used the publicity & the Weider brothers to his advantage.
Look at guys like Boyer Coe who never had a Weider contract, he had other avenues
