Bob is 57 - 58 in December.

You can't stay shredded forever.

However, high body weight is correlated with increased probability of early death - so he should slim down, IMO.

After years of building muscle and being gigantic, it would probably hard for Bob to be under 240, or maybe 220 at the lowest.

It would be pretty easy, he would just have to put the fork down.

It would be hard for him to be over 180lbs, if he wasn't jamming himself with drugs every day. Delusional bodybuilders are so fking retarded. He is extremely fat. Drugs plus whatever junk he is eating to be that fat is a recipe for disaster. If he had any sense he would do a Frank Zane and stop trying to live that bodybuilding magazine lifestyle, it's just pathetic at his age to still be so insecure about being small, but unfortunately it's very common for retired bodybuilders with mental issues to be unable to quit the drugs and overeating.

That was my first thought .... not sure how tall he is ... but he's definitely carrying too much weight for his age and the fact that he's a retired competitive bodybuilder....should try to be a lean 225 or so imo

And would likely look a lot better with losing all that,
I'd guess he's up around 280lbs +
Losing 20 -30lbs of fat he'd still be a large individual.

The machine should be taken away from him. All the equipment should be removed from his home and he should be banned from any social media or media platform. His health has severely deteriorated, and he is in dire need of a home health aide or visiting nurse. Maybe it’s M.S., but something is very, very wrong with him. It’s only a matter of time before he severely injures himself while attempting to figure out how to use his clunky, rusty old equipment.  He just looks like a fat, elderly truck driver. It always sounds like he has food in his mouth when he’s speaking. You can even see the other guy spacing out as Bob rambles on and on.

It's quite common.  I have seen that exact one in a few gyms, and of course, variations of it as well.
