I laugh at these people. I saw Danny Trejo saying how inflation blah blah blah and how their pay isn’t going up. Fuck you pal, it’s been so high it doesn’t matter how can you compare yourself to regular people who actually work and make nothing. Get fucked Hollywood.

Sadly I'm in this business for another 10 years so I have to root for them to get a fair deal. I don't blame people for hating them and this business. They put out a lot of crap and woke BS. On the AI front, I am 100 percent on their side. If AI is not controlled by rules and laws, it will put 90 percent of the workforce out of work in 10 years. So basically, the only jobs will be labor jobs. And automation will put a lot of those jobs out of business in the future. Funny that all the College degree holders will be worthless and the blue-collar trades will be priceless soon.

The Danny Trejo's are the 1 percent of actors who make a lot of money. 5 percent are those who make a decent living. The other 95 percent work 2-3 jobs hoping they can join the 5 percent and most likely will never do so. The writers are in the same boat.

Its going to be the same for all industry and why governments and guys like Musk are talking about welfare being a living wage type value, as the productivity trade off from AI to people is so great it cannot be ignored. I tend to agree modern people and their work from home, work life balance, HR issues, fack people use AI,and get rid of them and their 100 modern issues, I mostly blame the left and the union movement for killing productivity, but ultimately AI will change everything, they need to retire the public servants and their unions first, that will be a real test case, governments supporting AI even where they know the greatest productivity gains can be made in the public private corporate sectors, where governments especially left governments come from. But this is SkyNet right here, just the average low IQ voter doesnt appreciate it because he's white skinned waving a rainbow flag hating on his whitey ancestors.

I can't feel sorry for that 95%.  There is zero career path in the entertainment industry, everyone knows that. Totally who you know/blow.

Like Dionne Warwick sang decades ago...

"LA is a great big freeway
Put a hundred down and buy a car
In a week, maybe two, they'll make you a star
Weeks turn into years, how quick they pass
And all the stars that never were
Are parking cars and pumping gas"

What will we do without them creating propaganda that undermines Western civilization which many pay hard-earned money to watch while sitting in cramped seats with other people's dried gum underneath as their feet slide on butter-slick floors.    ???

The propaganda part is what makes you think this will pass as that is what it is mostly used for.

I saw Betheny Frankel is now calling for unionization of reality stars.

Labor doesn't imbue a product with value. It doesn't matter how many hours someone invests. What consumers are willing to pay is it's value.

And if someone is good at what they do they welcome a challenge. Bring it on. Let the best man or AI win. What are they striking for? The right to be paid for a more expensive and inferior product?

If someone does drywall better than I do and charges less then you should have the right to choose him instead of me, right? If I picket outside your house what am I going to say? It's not fair he's better than me so that's why I deserve your money?

Originally almost exclusively white trash venues, "reality" shows are now the trash of many colors.  All morons, all two-legged turds.

Could Bhanks be replaced by AI?  My vote is no.  No AI could mimic whatever the heck is wrong with him.  No AI could come up with leaving the show he drove 6 hours to and trained and “dieted” a month for because of A stigmatism and cartoon dog hallucinations. GetBig is safe.

If you work in a office, on a computer, in a store, AI will eventually take your job. It's not whos better. AI will ALWAYS be better in the end. So when the majority of people in this country are out of work because of AI, what then? The world only needs so many drywallers.

If you can can't beat a bot then you deserve to be replaced. They're here and all the picket signs in the world aren't going to change that. Sorry.

Besides, there's no evidence everyone is going to lose their job. How's the self driving car thing we were promised going? "AI" 2023 is nothing but a predictive text program. It's not true artificial intelligence.

I'm surprised at you. Most political conservatives acknowledge that attempts to legislate the free market are wrongheaded and end in tears. Say the US bans AI to save jobs and China doesn't. 10 years later you're the Amish.

Adapt or perish. Same as ever.

An unnmaed studio executive recently gaslighted the whole thing, quotted as saying, "The endgame is to allow things to drag on until union members start losing their apartments and losing their homes."

In response to this comment, big tough guy Ron Pearlman made it clear he doesn't take kindly to disrespect, declaring, "We know who said that and where he f*cking lives. You wish that families starve while you’re making 27-f*cking million a year for creating nothing? Be careful, motherf*cker, there's lots of ways you can lose your home."

I disagree. This is different. Too much is changing and rapidly. AI is rudimentary right now but in a couple years it won't be. This reminds me of how the Greatest Chess player in the world said a computer could never beat him. He was wrong. Let's revisit this conversation in a few years.

Ron Pearlman is a fucking deformed homo with a preference for small black boys.
