Have listened to this guy a fair bit.
His before is the typical overweight, unfit white collar worker. He said he drank way too much and ate everything bad.
Once he sold his business for 800M he had the luxury to do whatever he wanted so he chose this.
Very interesting stuff and he shares everything for free and posts all his bloodwork, bloodwork,. Routines, food recipes, supplements, treatments.
The thing he said that matters the most is sleep. He also said his heart rate at night before bed is the best predictor of sleep quality. He eats around 11am and thats the 2,000 calories for the day. He found eating at 11 lowered his HR in the evening and then his sleep quality rocketed.
The guy is lean as hell. Looks great. In his videos when he wakes up he is shredded as hell. Uses a test patch because his calorie deficit crushed his test levels. I think he sits around 750.
