Poor lighting at the Chicago Pro. But you can still tell he wasn’t as lean. Bigger biceps, but quads aren’t striated, back is watery, glutes are flat. He’s bragging about winning at 222, but he spent 2 years to add almost 0 muscle.

Some guys look decent in the " gym shots" .... or on IG video ( tank top or sweat pants on) the Stage tho is a different story! ( there are "gym bodybuilders " those who look great in the gym ... Abs then there are the real bodybuilders..., those who look great both in the gym and onstage!

Football, basketball, baseball, you progress tremendously as a pro compared to when you were an amateur

Horrible lineups out there these days. And they pick one show, hoping to win against the worst.
Remember the 80's/90's Grand Prix tours? Every weekend, a great lineup, guys would compete 8 x a year and not drop dead (much)...
Lazy / fat slobs these days w/ horrible physiques...

I mean, look at Vince Taylor in 1991 (against some of the all-time best)...

At one time Justin was claiming to weigh 218 lbs at the Nationals. At the end of his Chicago prep when he realized he hadn't put on any muscle in almost two years started claiming 212 at the Nationals.
