Tetanus Shot booster - thoughts?

Ten years ago i had a nasty reaction to this vaccine, massive panic attack like none i ever had and lockjaw with my neck and jaw muscles super cramped.
It's time to get the booster but i am having second thoughts about it. I do not another nasty reaction (or worse).
I do some timber work at times, so i am exposed to cuts and bruises in the woods, wich can be a source of the bacteria.

This ^^^ I think most of us got it at birth, I never heard of folks getting Tetanus boosters though... I wouldnt trust their poison.

Here in Portugal it's part of the National healthcare system. Up until 15 or whatever kids receive boosters every couple of years and when adults every ten years.

You get a tetanus booster every ten years.

I got a booster last year.

Maybe you didn't have a reaction to the tetanus shot and instead are allergic to watermelon.

Did you eat watermelon back then?

I think it is different to be critical agains jab shots that get produced in less than a year than these that have shown their worth during decades.

With the side effects from the last shot you would be crazy to get another. But, if you do decide to get the booster why not throw in  2 or 3 Covid jabs.

Absolutely not. You shouldn't do it, IMO.

It's worrying about possible harm [a workplace accident] versus definite harm [an almost guaranteed vaccine injury, after you already had a bad reaction].

I will never take another vaccine ever again.

When I was in 7th grade and playing outside in the schoolyard, I stepped on a rusty nail that pierced my shoe and cut up my foot. I got a tetanus shot.

Have not gotten one since. If I ever got jabbed by another rusty nail, I'll get one.
