It’s never been with other men, though .. this was the first time, and only a month after their wedding.

In terms of publicity and maybe even money, this was a smashing success.  But they were well-off before and didn’t need to do this.  I don’t think the long term damage will outweigh the short term gains.

An alternative theory:  Adam22 had been previously been facing heat for credible allegations of grooming minors.  Maybe this was all a plan to get ahead of that and control the narrative.
