During a senate vote on defense appropriations, 90 years young Diane Feinstein interprets "say aye" from a staff member, trying to get her to say "aye" as an affirmation of a "yes" vote, as a prompt for her starting a speech with the word "I" to justify her vote and continues to drone on until, after two "say aye" prompts, yet another aide has to whisper in her ear "just say aye" at least one additional time until the message resonates with some a modicum of meaning inside her corroded commie cranium.
