ROFLMAO, Canada is completely fucked. Guy is an asshat. The problem with Canada isn't inflation it is inflation on what goods. High as fuck immigration rates means our wages aren't going up but housing costs will be incredibly high for the rest of time. Our housing was already super expensive relative to the states so of course our inflation rates look subdued.

Europe is fucked because of Russia and immigrants/low birth rates.

Canada is just completely fucked because of debt/trudeaus insane spending, and the fact our immigrants don't actually pay enough taxes to make up the expenses.

Todays immigrants dump their parents and children on canada sucking off our government money and then they go to the states where they themselves can pay low taxes.

It's fucking sickening.

Get out of Canada if you can.

Before I address this...didn't you think we had a deadly pandemic, but you still don't know anyone who died after 3.5 years?

And didn't you wear a mask for three years, then stop, even though that deadly virus causing that deadly pandemic is still here?

Same here, ChOAK.

My personal living expenses are only $1,290 CAD per month [$974 USD], and if I buy a high efficiency furnace, I can get that down to about $900 USD.

That's assuming I basically spend nothing, and have a limited food budget. So I tend to spend more than that. And my kids are extra.

But do you have kidd, ChOAK?

Nieces or nephews?

If so, aren't you concerned about them being able to buy a home?

Lol...what I mean is:

I can technically live on $1,290 CAD per month.

To be on a proper bodybuilding diet...add maybe $300/month [$10 extra on food per day, would probably be about right].

But technically, I can get my bills that low.

That includes: property taxes, utility bills, car insurance, fuel, oil changes, life insurance, internet, and gym membership.

I tend to to over that $1,290 figure...but theoretically, I can live on $1,290.

Regarding protein...it's not the cost that concerns me, but actually eating it.

It's 6pm, and I'm maybe half a meal in so far...and not remotely hungry.

Van Bilderass suggested Ghrelin...but I don't know. I just have no appetite, and I never have had one.

What is your "walking around" weight, joswift? And as an average, how many calories do you eat daily?

Not worried one bit.

The market will correct itself eventually.

It always does.

Oak mustn't have kids I take it...
Those who do, worry about their kids and their (lost) ability to find affordable housing...
And that's OK "selfish" is a right.

Just like 'not taking a poison jab' is a right...
Others need not worry, in both cases...

I bought my first house in the 1990s so I’m set.

I’ll pass the equity on to my kids.

So they’ll be set too.

Sounds like you want to take money from the wealthy and give it to the poor?

But you HATE “libtards” you say?

Yeah he's a measly peasant bragging about owning one house while real players own 5-10 houses at least..And he's a communist who doesn't care about he's fellow citizens high living costs because he "owns" one house ,you can't make this shit up what a piece of shit.

Btw I think you can't really own land in Canada, you're just leasing it from the Queen of England. How pathetic.
Canada sucks and I will never visit.

Lol, yeah, but...you're 5'11"...220 off-season? Just wondering what you eat in a day.

It has always been my deficit. Hard training with insufficient protein intake.  :-\

I told myself JUST DO IT FOR THE SUMMER...but nah, that turned out to be a dud. Ah well.  :)
