Some of the elite getbiggers on here make 800k in a wk or less
I remember one who used to post here, always traveling and posting pics of his watches and Porsches, then he disappeared from here……
From what I can tell, some Getbiggers make serious bank.
I can't remember which member here is a lawyer who said "I got my own bills", in response to someone.
How can ANYONE be a lawyer and not set themselves up with rentals and other residual income streams for life, to not have to worry about basic living bills?
I just find it weird - people who make $250K+ per year, and are literally paycheck to paycheck.
I know a nurse who makes $91K CAD per year pre-tax [about $68K USD, which is WAY less than Texas nurses make, from what I know], and...SHE'S PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK.
Hahaha, like what?
I also have one GIC which expires in February, and I only recently learned it pays 4.9%. GIC's are WAY up in Canada now.
Like wow.
This is 2x the traditional interest rate.
One GIC at $300K = $15K interest for me coming in February.
That one GIC pays all my bills.
And I have some other things here and there.
I'm not sure why anyone would think a million or two is "rich".
Most Getbiggers will probabaly make more than that in their lifetimes.
Personally - I don't want to work. That's all.
As long as I can kick back at home and watch Casino [right now] after a date with my ex-girlfriend a few hours ago, and a workout - I'm good.
There's one thing money can't buy and it's TIME. And I have a lot of time.
But it also hurts me in some ways, like I said.
I have set myself up to be perfectly comfortable/secure, and it's been hurting me.
Small chance I get a job, just to not have idle hands. Having said that...that did NOT work out for me at my Teaching Assistant job at the university.
Nor will I "respect pronouns" or whatever.
So I'm at a loss, Bevo. Things are good, but I lack meaning in my life in some ways.
