I know none of us here are lawyers or have any prior experience in filing charges against criminals..  but hear me out...

I read the excerpts posted on this forum from the diary. I went on record saying I think it is more likely hers. I also said that assuming it was hers, based on the hours and hours I spent watching Perry Mason, Starsky and Hutch and Matlock, like many of you have...there was no indication anything happened between Dad and daughter other than showering together. That doesn't constitute sexual assault in any of those TV shows.. and more than likely in any state in the Union. I do recall reading that she commented with a question mark "inappropriate?" Perhaps.. but her focus was on a neighbor if I recall correctly though she wasn't sure anything happened, just recalled a feeling she got about the house. So Ashley Biden in her own words said as a child, her father had showered with her. Poor judgment? We'd have to know the age and what experts thought of it. Criminal sexual assault? Not even in the ball park

Ok, just so we are on the same page.. she identified herself as Ashley Biden, said she wanted her stuff back. You are aware that in the original post I said I believed it was her diary? I just didn't see the "Joe Biden committed sexual assault" angle because it wasn't present in the excerpts

Coach.... man... I was so excited about maybe making a breakthrough here.. and then this.. why? Why would you NOT spend 120 seconds verifying that meme before posting it? If you had, you would have found out it is completely fake. This goes back to my post about Russian interference and American citizens having a real obligation, a duty to do at LEAST a little digging before spreading false propaganda. and then you go and do this.. I COULD provide you with 10 links to show that was proven false, not just recently but awhile back.. but this is a golden opportunity for you to practice. You do some checking.. tomorrow night if you haven't found evidence that this is false (I have faith you will) I will then supply the links that will show it's fake. Don't disappoint me Coach, you can do this!
