A good documentary & the blood results shown seems conclusive that plant based cuts out a lot of fat in your blood.Definitely important for people with heart disease
Some people function better eating vegetables, others feel more energized eating meat. One just has to find what works for them.
Most of the meat in the US is shitty quality, and they rolled back the inspection guidelines during covid. I eat meat once a week or less. Works for me.
this, food shouldn't come from a thousand miles away. Support your local farmers, eat locally sourced, i guarantee you there's a csa service in your town
Too much work If it was important for me, I’d do it but I don’t miss it and generally feel the same or better. Much easier on the pocketbook, too.

Exactly.. I personally eat more vegetables Vs meat nowadays but I couldn't totally give up meat.
Why does it have to be a one versus the other debate? You can eat some chicken as well as a salad.
