Do social-media pranksters deserve punishment?

I’m just curious to see how you fellas think about this? When I’ve viewed such pranks, I’ve felt visceral, violent ideation come over me, especially ones involving the pranksters harassing victims’ women in front of them.

they used to grab people at cash points saying "this is a robbery" and then shout prank when the person reacted.

Seeing this actual robbers just need to use the same technique if they get caught

A lot of this happens on Tik Tok. I'm surprised they haven't banned this though they tried to ban it because of the Chinese goverment's involvement with Tik Tok. People are dying due to challenges or things they see on Tik Tok too.
