the thing is, to the general public, he DOES have a nice body. most people have zero clues whatsoever about training/nutrition hence the enormous numbers of 'personal trainers' when everything u need to know can be learned from either experience or a few weeks researching on the internet.

My mom spent $1200 for 8 hours of personal training. I freaked out when she told me. The thing about it is, she had been asking me nutrition related questions as well as training questions for a while and I explained what she needed to do everytime.

i seriously dont get how people ask all these questions on the training forum....i mean shit, theres only so much to know, after a few months you realise you know of everysingle excersie to make you biceps bigger, every training/nutrition principle....i still am baffles when people with hundreds of posts post threads like ' tips for bigger chest' its like jesus, surely you must have read/tried everything by now, its not rocket science...

i understand if a total noob asks, but it gets to a point when your like, ok, do i really need to 'ak for advice', ive alrea
well you know, maybe i shouldnt say this, ive probably been at it off and on for longer than most. i suppose it does take time to really understand all this stuff, especially for someone starting out.

LOL, every muscle mag every month has a new tip for building arm or chest.  I always love the "new ways to get lean"= do more cardio
