I already said it was poor ethics and horrible optics.
But it's not the equivalency of what Biden is being accused of. One is a deal to a son in law post administration.
The other is a direct connection while serving as VP, and whistle blowers have already shown the president to have lied twice about this situation.
So if it's an attempt to show hypocrisy, it's a fail.
But if Kushner broke the law, or is found of peddling influence while Trump was in office, by all means, he should be investigated, found guilty, and punished. Given that, why haven't the Democrats investigated him/Trump over this and attempted to prosecute, especially since they've investigated pretty much everything else they've accused Trump of, no matter how ridiculous?
