He was actually very good.  He probably would have maintained a better overall size and shape in the long run if he had not ran into Ronnie and tried to out muscle him.  Even today he looks in great shape on social media.

Nerve issues, my left leg has lost some size since I had a bad bout of sciatica during covid
My calf withered so much I couldnt stand on my tiptoe
The calf has recovered but my leg still isnt where it used to be, it was always my strongest leg "left footed" playing football
