Are you sure about that? Carbs are protein sparring the more carbs you eat the less protein is used for energy and the more goes to building muscle. Muscle is also composed of glycogen which you need carbs to form. That chocolate milk is also full of protein and fat in addition to the carbs. The guy had striations he is pretty lean. Perhaps chicken and white rice is not the only diet to consider for hypertrophy. What he is doing is clearly working instead of denying that perhaps we need to reevaluate how things work and what we are doing.
