Matt why do you post pics like these and make a fool of yourself? You've looked the exact same the last 10+ plus you've been posting pics here....learn to play an instrument or something. Take up ballet classes or yoga.....do something else cause bodybuilding/powerlifting isn't for you.
I'm OK with being in better shape than 90% of men, and stronger than 99% of men.
I make due.
You make it sound like having a normal everyday health look like I have is a struggle.
IMO, women prefer an athletic look as opposed to a mass monster. To each their own...but I'm fine with my look.
Dorian Yates was making fun of Men's Physique Competitors in one of the Generation Iron movies, as if being a 250- to 300-lb pro bodybuilder with his quads chaffing with every step is somehow better.
Don't you think if I wanted to get up to 220-240, or whatever, that I'd just run gear?
?
Regarding my current look:
I was supposed to be on a bodybuilding program this summer.
And I have been.
Except for legs. I've been training one rep maxes, to see if I can get my squat up to 405 [IMO, totally realistic, and I'm pretty close].
But by doing one rep maxes, my legs have stayed the same size or gotten smaller.
I only noticed when I looked at that picture from two nights ago [above].
I think it would look funny if my legs were photoshopped to be even smaller.
