As for his falling asleep, do you know if (R) Senator Diamond Garcia was in the room near enough to him to where she would have personally witnessed him sleeping? Today I read if Trump doesn't back off the treats against the judicial system, he could face house arrest. Fortunately for him, no jail or prison since these facilities aren't designed to house an entourage the size of his. Of course, they will need to confiscate all his communication devices or the house arrest won't work.
