Jesus I am in insane shape in that pic probably the best I have ever been. Clearly single digit bodyfat. That was at the end of a week long mountain biking trip. I was about 195lbs. I noticed you blacked out my obliques. By all means let anyone on this entire board post a pic from anytime where they are in better condition. That is not diet that is exercise walking around condition. I will wait.

I took these pics the day I got back so maybe 2-3 days later. Are you really going to try and pretend I am not in shape. Bodybuilding aside this is probably the most attractive size and condition physique for women. I am a lot bigger now but it doesn't get much better than this

Oh right I don't have any visible bodyfat but I have a ton of hidden invisible visceral fat that makes sense

Your visceral fat is about 10% of your total fat. I am looking to be about 7% in those photos at 195lbs that is 13.6lbs of total fat and about 1.4lbs of total visceral fat I am just bursting at the seams

I gave you props but I didn't post these pics Gym rat did calling me out meanwhile while I was not even bodybuilding at the time but I was certainly in great shape. And Bodyweight counts I know you don't want to hear that.
