I really don't recall however you can see above I was repping 275lbs rather easy for stiff leg deadlifts which are a lot more difficult. If I were asked to estimate I would say 405lbs would be rather easy and 495lbs would be rather difficult but honestly I have not attempted a heavy deadlift in over a decade. I do believe 495lbs on the trap bar would be no problem at all but again my goal is not just to do single rep max lifting I plan to be doing working sets of reps. The other main reason for the trap bar is I have space for it. I am well aware a meet is a conventional deadlift and squat I also believe training front squats and trap bar deadlifts will translate to conventional gains just fine.

So the easy peasy 275 is the most weight you've ever lifted off the floor?

Have you ever answered a question directly in your life?  I'm not asking for your delusional estimation, I'm asking what is the most weight you've ever lifted off the floor in your life.

You magically can't remember the most weight you've ever used on deads but you recall the 350x2 bench, etc.

I'm really thinking you've never actually lifted more than 275 off the floor.

You'll most likely avoid the question of "how much weight have you lifted off the floor"("can't remember"...that selective Alzheimer's of your must be a real bitch) or focus on the first line of my post here.

Got to wonder what on earth he must be like to be around in real life !!
Very likely totally intolerable - Thats why he has No Friends , He's barred from gym's/
Kicked out of SCN / Brother Hates Him & Banned from every Forum except this one,

What do you mean "space for it"?

You have an Olympic bar in your home fucking gym......just take it off the bench uprights, move the bench, and pull from the floor...........same amount of space is taken up,ie. the space taken up by the existing barbell is still the same........even more space when you move the bench you fucking genius.

You`re just once again looking for a gimmick to make deadlifting easier.......trap bars suck by the way............you`ll see, remember I said it though you`ll never admit buying it was a fuck up on your part.

Im done harassing Brian, he gets enough it here from others, but I will say I can DL 500 conventional, I would bet 315 stiff-leg "might" be a problem for me...
The legs, hips, glutes add so much power, rather than pure lower-back on SLD...

Bone on Bone front squats.  Soon I'll be adding to the list.

5 reps with 275 is a looong way from 405.

It has been 20 plus years since I deadlifted I was probably in college last time I did it. I know I deadlifted 365 for reps I don't know if I deadlifted 405 or not because again it was 20 some years ago. I also never maxed out. However I know my strength and I have seen people I know I am stronger than deadlift so yeah I have a pretty decent idea of what I can lift. Do you want me to just make up a number because I honestly don't know but yes I do recall having 3 plates and a quarter on the bar at one time for reps. I am not sure if I went heavier or not as again almost 25 years ago. Really no idea why you people think I can't deadlift.

Move the bench where exactly? My entire gym is in a 10X10 or maybe 12x12 foot room. I am falling over shit as it is there is no room to put a 7 foot bar on the floor. Also again I have been told by multiple sources that the trap bar puts less stress on the lower back and more on the quads. It is also just the more natural way to grip and lift something. It's not like I won't still do some conventional deadlifts and back squats but yeah plan is to focus on trap and front. I mention I am planning to do 2 exercises and I get pages of hate telling me I can't do those exercises are you kidding me? I can do any exercise I want
