I remember seeing Boyer with Kiana Tom on that ESPN show I think called CO-Ed training as he guested on a few episodes in the early to mid 1990s..

I think he was around 44/45 old at the time and still looked HUGE.. I wonder at that time what "supplements' he was on.

Course if he was competing in the Masters Olympia around that time he had to be on a bucket load of stuff I guess to be competitive at that age...

True the sport couldn't exist without steroids. So many naturals are claiming they are natural because they are taking less than the other guy.  You have guys injecting a ton of test saying they are on hormone replacement.

I wish the sport wasn't based on drug use. Imagine a 170lbs Zane winning the Olympia? Mentzer competing at 190lbs. I would still have it's fans but it would be a real subculture of a sport.

You seriously Believe the top atheletes in each sport are not using
one kind or another of PED's ?? Really 

And for you're information I competed & won National titles without
any PED's - Only I was not going to win any world titles without them,
I was to Dumb / Ignorant back then to know about PED's 
As I certainly would've liked to have won a world championship.

one of my Biggest regret's was not being aware / knowing back then.

In No Gi grappling, there’s no testing and no one even denies gear use. It’s actually refreshing to not have your intelligence insulted.

Conversely, I saw a CrossFit page with a guy, obviously juiced, who posted pics and acted all insulted after getting called on it.

Yup... He was at his biggest at that time I believe. He's on the "Pumping Iron Wannabee" Ferrigno 'Comeback' DVD. (Stand Tall).
It came as a 2nd disc on one of the Incredible Hulk DVD releases.
Boyer never shied away from steroid talk and admittance as far as I remember...
