I can see your point about whatever he put in his arms but on the other hand they were still “functional” and he was strong like a bodybuilder so I’m thinking it was mostly biologically inert .. like a pair of breast implants or some other surgical implant
It was PMMA, basically small glass beads in a injection vehicle. In those amounts it has to constrict blood flow and probably cause necrotic tissue eventually. And how would you get rid of it if you needed to? Only by cutting off the whole muscle. I think it was designed to be permanent. And people think Synthol is bad. Imagine adding 5 or however many inches with that crap. Implants you can remove if problems arise.
His gf was on here saying Rich years before had been told his heart and kidneys were in bad shape but he didn't go for the follow up.
