This year is going to be very different. You had Andrew Jacked, Krizno, and Samson competing basically as rookies last year. All 3 of them are going to be improved and moving up this year. The age of the dwarves is coming to an end soon.

Are you talking about Regan Grimes? Or Derek Lunsford?

Regan smelled my hot friend's twat!

As for Lunsford, even at ~5'5.5", I feel he can win the Mr. Olympia.

Dexter Jackson won it at 5'6.5" in 2008, so I think Derek can too. Dex proved you can be in the 5'5" to 5'7" range and be Mr. Olympia, even in today's era.

That said - SGT: take a close look at Derek Lunsford's right biceps. It seems to ball/bunch up, without being flexed. That can be a sign of Synthol.

Check out that same quality in Nasser El Sonbaty's right biceps. Obviously it is far more pronounced for Nasser, but I still think Derek may use it.

With respect to Derek [amazing physique], I think his delts are pushing the boundaries for what is possible without Synthol.

I think there is a small chance that Derek is using it in small quantities. If he is, it still looks good, and is only barely starting to show. But I'm speculating.
