Rich pianos watches were horrible. Can’t fucking stand big ugly ass invictas.

His entire collection was worth around $2000, lol. He was always a brutally insecure manchild. 'And welcome to myyyy.....bedroom.' Hahaha. He knew if he said 'crib' MTV would have sued him.

Careful guys or the Invicta fanboys will go full order 66 on you lol

I dunno what's more ridiculous about this brand :

1) Invicta owners who worship the brand and attack anyone who criticizes it, calling them snobs or better yet : WIS ( Watch Idiot Savant )

2) The brand's ginormous monstruosities that look like happy meal watches

2) The shameless Rolex knockoffs
• Invicta pro diver 8926OB = submariner
• Invicta 9401 = rolex explorer II
• Invicta 8949 = a bi-metal rolex datejust
• Invicta Speedway = rolex daytona
• Invicta Pro diver 31277 = A Seiko Samurai

3) The "certified design" on the dial of the quartz powered "Explorer II" wannabe  Invicta 9401 ( on a Rolex, you have "Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified" , which actually means something lol)

4) The Seiko Samurai knock-off powered by a NH35A caliber (a non-branded 4R35 from Seiko). Let that sink in ; a Seiko knock-off featuring a Seiko movement. You can't make this shit up.

5) Their OVERPRICED "Swiss Made" line. That label really doesn't mean much ; too weak\flexible of a standard. The rules for "Swiss Made" have huge loopholes in them.

That’s great they make a rep of that seiko and not even the grand seiko hahaha. it is fucking comical at best and I hate to be a watch snob cause I don’t care what you wear but invicta is brutal as our any other half ass giant watch making companies.

LOL.

I guess given that he did copy the MTV Cribs style + had a massive reach, he had to avoid using the name.

But damn...man...that video makes me feel sad about Rich's early death. He really had it going on in his life. It's a shame things had to end so early.

If I recall correctly, the hospital lost all his blood samples [???] so couldn't determine if any drugs were in his system? I'm curious if some families of high profile / high bread earners work with local forensic examiners to keep this information from the public?

Bob Sagat's case was a bit strange, and I seem to recall the family asking that the full autopsy results not be released. Although I may be confusing that for another case.

Here's another video that your Piana/Cribs video reminded me of. Memories of better days for Rich [well...living ones, lol]. Man, he really had it going on for the last five years of his life:

Dennis James looks like shit in that shot

That sort of goes to Sandrock's point: so if Dennis was 245, allegedly, could Ronnie be 40-lb heavier?

It does seem possible, IMO. Ronnie considerably out-massed Dennis. But 270 or 287 - I could believe either.

I think Dennis was around the 250 mark, give or take.

I'm betting the over 270 claim was for hype purposes and Ronnie slipped and told his true weight.  Ronnie is truly massive in 2003 and beyond but not nearly 50 freakin pounds heavier than 1998/1999 when he was 249.  In those offseason shots at the time he's claiming 305 and sloppy(and I doubt he was ever off steroids at that time), I don't think he just dropped 10 pounds and was stage ready.  I think they lie about both the heights and the weights.  The "Joe Weider Height and Weight System" seemed to be add two inches to height and 20ish pounds to weight.

That seems reasonable. I didn't question it too much. I mean...he was considerably larger than Cutler, and Cutler claimed a weight range of 255-265, depending on the contest. I felt if Jay was 256 in 2003, that Ronnie could have been 287.

As for height...by and large, I think most pros are honest about height. Some may round up a half inch.

I know Shawn Ray claimed 5'7.5", but was measured in his "Fit After 40" DVD at 5'6.5". But that seemed minor.

Some pros who are 5'8.5" may have claimed 5'9", but I think rounding up is ok.

But for weight...bodybuilders would lie about weight, yes. Height, not as often.

As I recall Ronnie was claimed to have been like 302lbs in some post Olympia show. Lou Ferrigno claimed like 320 or 340 or whatever the hell in 1992. As far as I know no one has been proven to be 300lbs on stage. I forget what Greg Kovacs claimed but I'm sure it was "a lot." That AC he did with Chad he was very well conditioned but looked even worse than when softer.

Good memory, Van. Lou was said to be 316-lb in 1993:

Greg Kovacs was said to be 335-lb at the 2004 Arnold Classic.

And, last but not least, Ronnie's weight at the 2004 English Grand Prix [photos below] was said to be around the 303-lb mark.
